From the Teacher
"Hatred, anger, and jealousy are not external forces — they arise from within your own mind. These emotions emerge when the mind becomes disturbed or clings to certain thoughts and feelings. By becoming aware of them and understanding their origin, you can begin to release their grip on you. This awareness is the first step toward true peace and freedom from suffering."

Answers to Your Most Common Spiritual Questions
How should I use this website?
If you're new to the site, we highly recommend reading the first article all the way to the end. These articles are organized in a way that gradually resolves questions and challenges that arise as you begin your meditation journey. Skipping ahead may lead to misunderstandings or gaps in understanding. Reading only a couple of articles may lead to partial or incorrect understanding. The articles are designed as a structured series, and taking them out of context might result in misinterpretation. Skimming a few pieces and passing judgment is something a casual critic might do — but sincere seekers approach this path with discipline and humility.
Can I read the articles in any order?
If your intention is only to gain general knowledge or explore out of curiosity, then yes — you're welcome to read them in any order. However, if you are sincerely practicing meditation and wish to apply the teachings meaningfully, it’s best to read from the beginning. The progression is designed to build your understanding step by step for deeper insight and practical application.
Are these articles based on personal experiences?
Absolutely. These writings come directly from the real-life experiences of the spiritual teacher and their students. None of this is theoretical — all content is rooted in hands-on practice and lived insights. These are not merely ideas, but teachings born from years of committed spiritual effort.
Is there an age requirement to read and practice this?
Not at all. If you can understand the teachings, your age does not matter. The content is open to anyone ready to receive it.
Do I need to follow a religion to benefit from this?
Not at all. These teachings are open to people of any religion — or no religion at all. If you are spiritually neutral or unaffiliated, you may even experience faster progress. The focus is on personal transformation, not religious conversion.
Is this content only available in English?
No. While this website primarily uses English, translations and links to Sinhala and other languages are available. Language options and resources can be found via the links section.
Who is the teacher behind these teachings?
The source of these teachings is a Sri Lankan Buddhist monk devoted to practical spiritual development. His approach emphasizes experiential wisdom over abstract theory. The teachings guide individuals toward deep inner transformation, grounded in daily practice.
Why doesn't the teacher publicly show himself?
The teacher prefers to remain anonymous, not out of secrecy but out of humility. This is a conscious decision to avoid personal fame and to ensure that the focus remains on the teachings — not the personality behind them. His purpose is to share practical, compassionate guidance rooted in real insight, not to build a public image.
Will we ever get to see him?
He appears in the world only when it truly serves the spiritual benefit of others. In most cases, he remains unseen and walks quietly among us, living according to the Dhamma path.
What if I have specific questions about my own meditation practice?
Continue reading the articles first — many common questions are already answered there. If you still have questions, you can contact us via WhatsApp or email. In most cases, your answer will be provided through a future article specifically crafted for such questions.
